Noble Cycling accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We have also made payments through PayPal available for you. We also offer free financing through Synchrony Financing, for more info click here.
Gift cards can currently be used in store only. Online use may be coming in the future.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
We typically ship all online orders within 2 business days. Once shipped your tracking number will be e-mailed to you and can also be accessed from your Account Page.
IN STORE PICK UP
If you would like to pick up your order at one of our stores just select the "Store Pick Up" shipping option when ordering.
Parts, accessories and clothing can be returned within 30 days of purchase, unused in its original packaging. That includes any box and/or tags that the product came with. Please give us all the stuff back so that we can offer a whole, complete, brand new item to someone else. Thanks!
All returns require a Return Merchandise number (RMA#). To obtain a RMA# e-mail us at email@example.com or call (866) 407-9160 Monday through Friday, 10AM-6PM. You will then need to write the number on the outside of the shipping box and ship it back to:

- We will refund shipping costs on damaged merchandise or in the case that we shipped the wrong item(s). Otherwise you are responsible for shipping and packing costs.
- Used merchandise cannot be returned.
- Bicycles cannot be returned, we can however issue a store credit.
- Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels.
- A Note on returning web orders in-store: we are happy to accept returns of web orders in our retail locations.
If you feel that your gear is eligible for a warranty evaluation by the manufacturer due to defect in its materials or workmanship, contact our Warranty Department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Please contact us at email@example.com to notify us that you will be sending your item back. Be ready with your order number.
- You are responsible for return shipping charges. Noble Cycling is not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping (please use a carrier that provides tracking and/or delivery confirmation).
- If you’d like additional items as replacements, please make an online or telephone order for them at your convenience.
- If you paid by Credit Card, credit will be applied to the card used to place the original order. Please allow one billing cycle to see the refund on your statement or online banking.
- If you paid by PayPal, Noble Cycling will issue a refund to your PayPal account. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing time.
